The Eleventh Doctor

And, at last, we have entered the current era of this show and the Eleventh Doctor has graced us with his presence, as portrayed by Matt Smith who is the youngest actor to play the Time Lord. He was first unveiled to us in a special Confidential episode early in the new year of 2009. People's first impressions of him did not seem to go well with many citing that he was just too young to play such an old character. This opinion of him seemed to increase on the 1st January 2010 when David Tennant finally left the show, the Doctor regenerating once more. But he was and still is a good Doctor, his time is not yet over. His Doctor bought back the, possibly, painful truth that the Doctor was an alien, he wasn't human. He was a less forgiving Doctor then some of his predecessors and, on occasion, could be quite ruthless.

The Eleventh Doctor
The reckless one, the melodramatic one. A serious lack of social skills
Unafraid to show his eccentricities with an ability to find positives in negatives
Slight arrogant with little tolerance for mistakes
Prone to getting straight to the point to the extreme of appearing callous
Likes to talk with his hands and talks nonsense at times

  1. Great blog.. I'm really sad that this is the last doctor you can blog about because I could read your doctor bios all day.

You've done an awesome job summing up the mad man with a blue box; I hope you keep on posting.
